Adoption is no longer the question
In the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's 2025 survey, 58% of small businesses reported using generative AI, up from 23% in 2023. What most of them cannot answer is which tools their staff use, what data those tools touch, and whether any of it saved hours.
82% of the small businesses using AI grew their workforce over the prior year.
