Delivery

The people
Everyone on your engagement is ours and based in the United States. No offshore delivery centre, no subcontracted consultants, nobody you have not been introduced to.
The work
The work is performed in the United States. Your code, your documents and your data are handled here, not passed to a team in another timezone overnight.
The vendors
Our own suppliers are US companies. Engaging us does not add a foreign entity to your subprocessor list.
Why we do it
Most of our clients are vendors to somebody larger. Their customers ask where work is performed and who can reach the data. This is one question they no longer have to chase an answer for.

Work the team has done

  • Company-wide knowledge bases built on retrieval over internal documents
  • Alignment of SOWs, MSAs, contracts, collateral, policies, and procedures so they agree with each other
  • Vendor-risk questionnaire acceleration, including mapping SOC 2 and other certification controls into the policies that govern operations
  • Private and local model deployment where data cannot leave the building
  • SQL Server performance work and Azure architecture and cost reviews
  • AI coding harnesses, review gates, and the delivery practice around them

Models we work with

Frontier. OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, including Azure OpenAI inside Microsoft tenants

Local and private. Open-weight models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Gemma) run on client hardware or private cloud where data cannot leave

We hold partner relationships with several of them. Where a recommendation carries a commercial interest for us, we say so in the recommendation itself rather than in a footnote.

What we cover

Enterprise AI consulting across nine business functions and nine industries, from strategy through build and into managed operations. The function pages and industry pages say what that means in your part of the business.

Two things we still will not do: EU AI Act conformity work for high-risk systems, which belongs with specialist regulatory counsel, and anything that makes an employment, credit, or clinical decision without a documented human decision behind it.
